The platform is deep, and getting the most out of it currently takes someone who knows it well. That is us, for now, while we smooth out the self-service side. Rather than hand you a capable tool and wish you luck, we build the first thing ourselves and hand it over working.

Your team is not locked out of it. Everything we build is yours to open, read and change, and with light guidance from us your people can take on the day to day changes themselves. Building it for you is how you start, not how you have to stay.

The whole platform, from day one

Every studio and the full security model are there from day one. The MCP server and REST API come with every plan, including the free one, so Claude or your own tooling can work with your data from the start. Plans differ on users, volume, AI credits and a few service-level items, not on which tools you are allowed to open. Custom domains start at Team. SSO, SCIM and dedicated hosting are Organisation. Voice, payments and the site assistant are switched on per team on request.

How AI credits work

AI is the one part of the platform with a real cost per use, so it is the one part that is metered. Everything else is included in your plan.

  • One credit is one cent. No conversion table to decode, and no exchange rate that quietly moves.
  • Credits buy actions, not capacity. Asking the assistant to build a form, transcribing a call, running an agent. Storage and record limits come with your plan instead.
  • Your allowance refreshes monthly and does not roll over. Top up any time at $25, $50 or $100.
  • We tell you before you run out, not after. Alerts at 50, 80 and 100 percent, and you choose whether to auto top up.
  • Bring your own key on any plan. Use your existing Anthropic, OpenAI or Azure OpenAI account and that usage costs you nothing here.
