Invite someone to your team

Before you start

• You are a team admin. If you are not, this option will not appear.

Steps

1. Open Team settings, then People.
2. Choose Invite and enter their work email address.
3. Choose what they can do.
   Most people only need to use forms and tasks. Give building access only to people who will build.
4. Send the invitation.
   They get an email with a link. It does not last forever, so tell them to expect it.

What you should see

They appear in your People list as invited, and become active once they accept.

If it does not work

They never got the email.
Check the junk folder first, then check the address for a typo. You can resend from their row.

They signed in but cannot see anything.
They have an account but no access yet. Check what you gave them on the People screen.
