See and export what people submitted

Before you start

• A published form that at least one person has filled in.

Steps

1. Open Submissions from the left menu.
   You will see everything from every form you have access to, newest first.
2. Choose the form you are interested in.
   Use the filter at the top if you have several.
3. Click any row to see the full answer.
   This shows every field, who sent it, and when.
4. Choose Export to download them.
   You get a spreadsheet file with one row per submission.

What you should see

Your download opens in Excel or Google Sheets with a column for each question on the form.

If it does not work

A submission is missing.
Check the date filter. It often defaults to a recent range.

A column is empty for older rows.
That question was probably added after those people replied. Their answers are still correct, the question simply did not exist yet.
